Once an order has been made and payment has been received by GameMenz, you will receive a message and/or e-mail confirming your purchase and having your order included. This message will hold the keys and instructions on how to redeem these.
REFUND POLICY
All Digital Products are NON-REFUNDABLE. The reason for this is that once a digital game key has been redeemed, it is no longer possible to redeem it again. Redeeming a key is a permanent action that cannot be reverted! As of such, once you have received your key, it is no longer possible to cancel or refund the product!
